Francois Mikulski is a famous and highly regarded producer in Meursault working 9 hectares of vineyards which stretch over ten different appellations. He is one of a new generation of winemakers in Burgundy who have broadened their views with ideas from the rest of the world, and the world is taking notice.

Along with minimal intervention farming Francois is not one to overtly rely on the use of oak, with no new oak for the Bourgognes, the Meursault takes 10-12% and the Premiers Crus never more than 20%.

His wines are bright, mineral, racy ,incredibly fine and pure.
