Widely regarded as one of the finest estates in Chassagne-Montrachet, the Pillot family has quietly built a reputation for producing wines of exceptional precision, purity and longevity, earning the admiration of collectors and sommeliers around the world.

Today, the domaine is led by Thierry Pillot, whose meticulous approach in both the vineyard and cellar has elevated an already outstanding estate. The quality reflects the impressive work in the vines, as well as incremental evolution in the cellar. Despite the quality and the ever-increasing demand, Thierry and his family remain as humble and discreet as ever.

I originally approached James and his team to look into finding a special bottle of wine for me, that I had not been able to get my hands on through the usual auctions or retail sites. James successfully managed to source the wine for me and since then I have been taking advantage of the new release offers James provides to his clients. Highly recommend!
