Join us for a masterclass hosted by Rhone Valley specialist importer Vintage & Vine as we dive into the very first designated wine region in France – Chateauneuf-du-Pape. The region made famous by the Romans and was once the summer residence of the Pope, this is the home of the world’s most profound wines made from the Grenache grape.
Iain Cameron will take us through the history, winemaking and geography of the region and what makes this one of France’s premier wine growing areas. The masterclass will focus on the sensational wines from the 2022 vintage and finishing on a bracket of aged Chateauneauf-du-Pape wines from 4 different decades.
